WEATHER RESISTANT GLASS WALLS

Hufcor™ Weather Resistant Glass Walls give durability and safety of positive interlocking stile and weather seal between panels. The sturdy panels are constructed as sealed double glazed units and it can integrate various height mid-rails or muntin bars to give it a French door effect. It seamlessly creates any indoor space to outdoor with ease and efficiency.

Completely top hung up with no floor guides or track.
Designed to accept a variety of glazing configurations. 38mm sealed units provide superior weather and sound insulation.
Glass fixture through snap beads for ease of change in case of damage and superior grip.
Positive interlocking verticals with additional gaskets provide ease of panel alignment and superior draft and weather resistance.
Retractable bottom seals with top and bottom sweep ensure partition stability and a tight fit in the opening. Optional expanding element configuration is also available.
Partitions have been tested for air permeability and water penetration at 4-meter height and opening size 20.36 square meters. Smaller units would outperform the test results stated below.
Wind load resistance capability up to 3.5 kPa.
Complete system excluding glass is covered by our standard two-year warranty.
Air infiltration test carried out under ASTM 283-04.
Static water penetration test carried out under ASTM 331-04.
Certification achieved under ISO 17020: Conformity Assessment – Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services by UKAS Certification Body 6762.

Track Finish – Standard clear anodized aluminum but custom anodizing (bronze or champagne) is available upon request.

Frame Finish – Standard clear anodized aluminum but custom anodizing (bronze or champagne) or powder-coated to desired RAL color is available upon request.

Panel Configuration – Individual omni-directional panels, hinged pairs/center stacking panels or continuously hinged center stacking trains (Manual or Automatic)
